Casualty

Our casualty lines focus on commercial general liability, public and products liability coverages, and provides third party bodily injury, property damage, products liability, and sudden and accidental seepage and pollution. We can offer limits up to $25 million per policy on either a primary and/or excess basis and offerings are distributed through brokers and insurance companies (cedants).

 

Target markets are typically contractors, consultants, construction projects, the energy sector, hotels, schools, residential buildings, architects and engineers, lawyers, accountants, IT firms, and financial institutions.

 

Excluded classes include tobacco health hazard risk, pharmaceuticals, major automobiles, and tire manufacturers.
