Professional and Financial Lines

 

Westfield Specialty’s Professional and Financial Lines offerings include Professional Indemnity, Directors and Officers Liability (D&O), and Crime/Bankers Blanket Bond (BBB). Professional and Financial Lines offerings are distributed through brokers and insurance companies (cedants). Our maximum capacity is $25 million.

 

Professional Indemnity: includes the ability to offer both annual PI and project PI cover and is designed to provide cover for third party compensation for damage caused by negligent acts, errors or omissions, and resulting from the provision of or failure to provide professional services to a customer for a fee.

 

Directors and Officers liability (D&O): provides cover for wrongful acts by the company’s managers who manage the assets and control the company’s affairs against claims by the shareholders, company, or other third parties.

 

Crime/Bankers Blanket Bond (BBB): is a form of mixed coverage designed for banks and financial institutions to offer protection to their assets and liabilities. We can offer limits up to $25 million per policy on either a primary and/or excess basis.
