We partner with third parties that can help us achieve our desire to provide a workplace culture where everyone has the opportunity and support to flourish. With this in mind, we have partnered with the following organizations.

Insurance Cultural Awareness Network (iCAN)
iCAN is an Industry-wide, independent, volunteer run network that supports multicultural inclusion across the insurance sector. Westfield Specialty’s partnership allows us to access self-service mentoring platform for our employees, monthly forum to discuss key DEI topics within insurance, sharing of best practice, iCAN hosted DEI events and a job board to post jobs.
Girls Network
The Girls' Network mission is to inspire and empower girls from the least advantaged communities by connecting them with a mentor and a network of positive female role models. Westfield Specialty provides one-on-one female mentoring for girls aged 14-19 at a local school, offering time, skills and experience for at least an hour a month over twelve months.
The Brokerage
The Brokerage’s mission is to connect, prepare and support young, working-class talent with forward thinking employers to successfully secure and succeed in professional occupations. Westfield Specialty hosts interns through the Brokerage on an eight week summer placement where interns experience the day-to-day operations of a growing insurance company and gain on-the-job experience and knowledge of the industry as well as classroom training. Interns will work on an industry-based group project which they will present to senior leaders. We welcome the opportunity to discuss potential full-time employment opportunities after completion of the internship. Throughout the year Westfield Specialty hosts workshops to develop interview, application and CV skills.
